I’m not a fan of RFK, Jr.
I remember some of his recent past, such as wanting to silence “climate deniers” and such, so I can’t support anyone who thought that was a good idea, even if he doesn’t now. After all, what other braindead, unconstitutional policies will he think is a good idea next?
But he’s not running for anything now. Now, he’s supporting Donald J. Trump.
And that makes him a target.
Some continue to claim, despite numerous prosecutions against Trump, that no one is weaponizing federal law enforcement against enemies of the Democratic Party. They say that the reason Trump is being investigated and prosecuted is because he’s a terrible person who did illegal things.
However, now RFK is under investigation, and it’s kind of hard to ignore now.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. isn’t mincing words.
The former presidential contender who has become a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, is lashing back at word that a federal agency is investigating a 30-year-old story about Kennedy’s treatment of a whale’s carcass in Massachusetts.
An agency that is charged with monitoring the globe’s ocean waters is carrying water for the Kamala Harris election effort, Kennedy declared.
And it’s “all about the weaponization of our government against political opponents,” he said.
Kennedy’s comments came Saturday, after he revealed during an Arizona campaign event that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has launched a probe into a tale told by Kennedy’s granddaughter that was published in a fawning Town and Country magazine profile in 2012.
In the piece, Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, now 36, told Town and Country about a memory of when she was 6 years old and her grandfather cut the head off a dead whale that had beached in Hyhannis Port.
After decapitating the animal, Kennedy lashed the head to the family minivan for a five-hour drive home to Mount Kisco, New York.
The anecdote comes across as just another piece of Kennedy lore, with all the “gosh, aren’t those folks something” adulation the Kennedys typically get from lifestyle publications like Town and Country.
Now, if this had just been published, I might buy that this has nothing at all to do with RFK supporting Trump after running against him. I could at least consider the possibility it wasn’t that Democratic Party royalty had officially turned on the party.
But this was from 2012. This is a 12-year-old story that no one cared about until just now.
Now, though, it’s suddenly pressing that someone investigates RFK for doing something so awful that no one cared until he backed the evil “literally Hitler.”
How can anyone swallow this?
I mean, it’s possible that the Town & Country article just fell through the cracks for more than a decade, but one also has to wonder about the statute of limitations on cutting a whale’s head off and driving it home. After all, this isn’t from 2012. The article is from 2012.
Kick Kennedy was six when this happened. She was born in 1988. That means this happened around 1994, so 30 years ago.
And is that even remotely what happened? People misremember plenty from when they were kids.
Regardless, though, the news surfaced in 2012 and no one cared until after he threw his support behind the man Democrats view as the antichrist. Now, he’s committed an unforgivable sin and, coincidentally, he’s also now under investigation over something recounted in 2012 that supposedly happened three decades ago.
Couple this with Tulsi Gabbard being on a terrorist watch list and it’s not hard to see a pattern develop.
I’m sorry, but any hope anyone has of selling me and many others on the idea that this is all coincidental and not retribution is gone like Biden’s mental faculties. There’s no way on this planet you can convince me that the prosecutions of Donald Trump are really in response to his wrongdoings and had nothing to do with his politics.
To say that the Democratic powers that be are scared is putting it mildly.
However, there’s a bigger issue here. This weaponization of federal agencies against certain political opponents isn’t something that will end well for the American people. The stupidity around January 6th illustrates they’ll do the same to folks like you and me if they get half a chance.
Our government doesn’t work for us. It sees as as servants who need to be reminded of our place.
It was how it was always meant to be, and unless something changes, the only way out of it involves bullets. Lots and lots of bullets.
I’d rather we skip that part, and that means making damn sure the people who are responsible for this never see public office or a government job ever again. Prosecutions for them would be handy, too, but not for retribution. No, because this crap is wrong and shouldn’t be tolerated in any nation that pretends to be free.

Honestly, I've recently started to believe the 2020 election was a socialist coup and Americans are just now realizing we're no longer a Republic. Heck, with all the election integrity violation articles I've been reading lately, I don't think we're even still a democracy to the extent we ever were. Our "betters" clearly have a very different definition of democracy as they speak endlessly about destroying democracy to save it. Oh, they don't use those exact words, but when they speak of refusing to certify the 2024 election if Trump wins, call a Supreme Court which has a legally and properly confirmed conservative makeup "illegitimate," the former Speaker, Nancy Pelosi talks about presidential elections being too important for voters to decide and specifically handing voter registration forms to illegal aliens, you realize the Federal Government hasn't "served" the People in a very long time - maybe since JFK or Reagan. This all makes me wonder if America isn't currently just going through her death throes as an ideal based experiment and her citizens are just trying to keep the boulder they've been rolling uphill for over two centuries from coming to rest in her proper gravitational place. If true, Mr. Knighton's "lots and lots of bullets" theory may be the only option outside virtual authoritarian enslavement and I pray to God to be wrong every single night.
