Gender dysphoria, as a clinical diagnosis, is nothing new. It’s been in the books as a psychological condition for quite some time at this point and so I’m willing to accept that it is, in fact, a thing.
But our current transgender debate isn’t about gender dysphoria. It can’t be. After all, the activists pushing the trans agenda actually have a problem with there even being a diagnosis. Instead, we’re supposed to just accept claims of being transgender at face value.
There’s a huge problem with that, though.
