Those who do not learn from history are doomed to display their idiocy
I’m a history buff. I love history, though some areas and topics are more interesting to me than others. I don’t care about the history of agriculture, generally speaking. Not because it’s not important, I just tend to want to focus on other things. As a hobbyist, I can do that.
But even so, there is a baseline of history knowledge people should have, at least if they’re going to try to use comparisons that rely on history.
So, let’s talk about the universities cracking down on the squatters/Hamas LARPers colonizing the common areas of their campuses.
