Sacked FBI agent solely responsible, or just a scapegoat?

The name Timothy Thibault isn’t exactly a name most of us would have heard of before. For most people who pursue a career in the FBI, that’s kind of how it goes. Sure, sometimes they become famous, but not usually are rarely for good work.

Which brings me back to Thibault.
