Reuters shocked to learn president run executive branch of government...or are they?
Former President Donald Trump has a real shot at returning to the Oval Office. I won’t say he’s necessarily my first choice, but he’s infinitely preferable to the Potato-in-Chief currently taking up space there.
Should that come to pass, Trump will have his own appointments for various positions. That’s no different than the last time he took office or what happens with literally every change of presidency since this nation was founded.
It’s how our system works because all of those positions fall under the executive branch.
