Judge smacks down government intimidation-based censorship
After the Twitter Files blew up, we all knew what the government did. They didn’t explicitly censor anyone, as in they didn’t pass laws stripping people’s freedom of speech directly.
Instead, they did something different. They simply pressured others to act on their behalf.
And it’s disgusting.
According to a federal judge, though, it’s also supposed to be a thing of the past.
