I get the feeling that raid was an assassination attempt

Former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home was raided by the FBI, as we’re all well aware of by now.

There isn’t a lot of doubt that this was a political hit job, at a minimum. After all, Biden is getting a pass for having classified materials in his unsecured garage, but Trump’s records were a national crisis.

Yet it seems that there’s reason to believe that the “hit job” wasn’t necessarily meant to just be political.
