I’ve long been interested in exercise science. While I don’t work out like I should, I’m genuinely interested in the science itself and what all we can learn from it.
There are problems with the field, which I can go on about for ages, but those are also easy to understand and explain.
Yet it seems some think exercise science has a bias problem. They want a DEI effort to combat those. One scientist brings up some points about this that apply far more broadly.
