When my son dropped out of college and decided to go to trade school, I breathed something of a sigh of relief.
Granted, he was majoring in something useful—accounting—and would have been employable, but he’d still have to sit through plenty of attempts at indoctrination in order to graduate.
So being a mechanic would get him away from that. After all, the trades are where you find people who can live a life without softness.
Right?
Right?
