Artificial intelligence is fascinating to me. I didn’t expect we’d start seeing it in things like art and writing, but it kind of makes sense in a way. It’s through these things that we can actually make AI accessible to many people.

And it’s kind of awesome.

OpenAI, the entity behind ChatGPT and DALL-E, is one of the leading names in AI. Yet there’s a problem.

You see, while they’re a limited for-profit entity that started out as a non-profit, it appears that their CEO doesn’t like competition.
