Today was a big win for a civil libertarian such as myself. After all, the verdict in NYSRPA v. Bruen came through and completely wrecked may issue concealed carry permitting as we currently understand it.
I’m sure some enterprising jackwagon will try and find a way around the ruling, there are other issues afoot.
It seems that free speech doesn’t mean what it means to the rest of us.
You see, when you boycott something, you’re exercising your freedom of speech. While I’m not a huge fan of boycotts in general, there’s no doubt they fall under the First Amendment.
Well, there wasn’t.
