Once upon a time, Saturday Night Live was probably the funniest show on television, at least in my opinion. Their brand of comedy seemingly flirted with outraging network censors while simulatenously mocking everyone in American society.
It was a good time, to be sure.
Of course, the cast comes and goes, which means some groups are funnier than others, but over the last handful of years, it just stopped being funny at all. I’m pretty sure those involved in SNL wonder why.
I don’t.
